Torq Business Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at www.torqbusinesssolutions.com and the TORQ CashSense mobile application (the "Services").

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:

• Account information such as email address and display name when you create or sign in to a TORQ CashSense account.
• Financial information you enter in TORQ CashSense, such as transactions, amounts, categories, merchants, notes, and balances.
• Identifiers associated with your account (for example, a user or account ID).
• Subscription / purchase status for CashSense Pro. In-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS are processed by Apple; we do not receive your full payment card number.
• Website contact form data such as name, email, phone (optional), and message when you contact us.
• Technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Services (for example, basic device or log data processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers).

How we use information

• To create, secure, and maintain your account
• To provide TORQ CashSense features (dashboard, transactions, reports, forecasts, and related tools)
• To manage CashSense Pro access and related subscription status
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Services
• To comply with legal obligations when required

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your CashSense financial data for third-party advertising tracking.

How information is stored and shared

• TORQ CashSense account and app data may be stored using cloud services, including Firebase / Google infrastructure.
• Our website may be hosted and delivered using providers such as Vercel and related infrastructure.
• Apple processes in-app purchases and subscriptions for the iOS app under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
• We may share information with service providers who help us run the Services, under appropriate safeguards, and only as needed to provide those services.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Important note about insights

TORQ CashSense forecasts and insights are deterministic historical-rate analysis of data you provide. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Your choices

• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• You can cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals according to Apple's policies; refunds are handled by Apple.
• You may stop using the Services and request account-related deletion by emailing Admin@torqbusinesssolutions.com.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
